We were in need of some electrical troubleshooting at our home, one circuit had lost power (not all at once, lights flickered, weeks later lights out for a while then back on, finally lights out for good). Called Master and set up an appointment. Cameron and Branson showed up on time, explained potential max costs. Within 1/2 hour the problem was fixed. RecommendedWe had absolutely amazing customer service with this company! At MIDNIGHT the night before a major holiday a breaker tripped in our house and we could not get it back on. We called them and began setting up an appointment for that evening when we found the source of the problem and fixed it ourself. We offered to pay them anyway for bothering them so late but they refused. Awesome company with helpful and friendly staff.
We had an issue with a breaker the night before a major national holiday. Master Electric was AMAZING! They took my call at midnight and was willing to come out first thing in the morning of the holiday. They offered options to try to save us money. We were able to finally figure out the issue without having to have them come out, and I offered to pay for the time I bothered them in the middle of the night, they would not accept payment for the phone call and said, “we appreciate you.” Great experience!!

We have had Trevor come do work for us several times and been very happy. We feel he goes above and beyond to avoid making extra holes or cuts and to keep the finished product clean looking. He was here this week doing some rough electrical on our kitchen remodel. I was under the understanding he would have to cut a narrow trench in the floor to pull a wire across the room.
