When I had some electrical problems, I did some research and saw all the good things said about Master Electrical and knew this was the company to trust. Brett returned my call right away. He spent some time over the phone talking me through some trouble shooting. After sending him a picture he told me exactly what wires needed to be connected. Fixed the problem! And here it is a Saturday on a holiday weekend. Thanks for making your new customers feel important!

We had an fire alarm go off last night for no reason. So I called Master Electrical service and asked for a tech to come & and inspect our alarms.they setup an appointment for this afternoon my alarm was a year out over warranty they replaced Them and now we are good for another three years and the new alarms not only ring they also tell you what the alarm is for ie fire, co2 carbon monoxide etc. we appreciate your service and our new alarms thanks Kent
The problem was solved quickly, efficiently and for a very reasonable price. The servicemen who came to our home were polite and professional all the way. The next time I need electrical service, I'll be calling Master Electrical Service back.
