UPDATE: I did connect with the shipping team today from MBM and they confirmed the item was on backorder. They were able to expedite a rush delivery from the supplier and removed the cost of shipping, which I greatly appreciate. Updated rating given this new information. Purchased materials online with express UPS Worldwide Express Saver (2 business Day) shipping on Sept 4th. Didn't receive items on 9/8 and heard nothing back from MBM outside of my order confirmation on 9/4. Attempted to contact them via their site contact form and wouldn't submit. Don't buy materials from this organization as they don't communicate and don't deliver.
