I am a homeowner in Gallatin. Barry came out this morning to take care of a warranty issue with my cabinets. I couldn’t have been more pleased. He fixed to perfection what the builder said could not be done. He was fantastic! You need a hundred more Barry’s and give this man a raise. Don’t lose him.

3 weeks to get an appointment to repair their faulty product that was brand new. These folks are a joke. Edit: Tried to discuss with Manager, Coleman, he didn’t care. Sent a Facebook message and email to corporate and two days later Barry was an hour early for his appt. Fill your company with guys like Barry and you’ll do well. He was more than on time, efficient, and friendly as they come. Thanks Barry!
Avoid this company at all costs! I second what Drew said. We are waiting for 3 cabinets and five handles to be replaced by this company since moving into our house. It took five phone calls and three emails before someone returned our call to setup an appointment. Gave us a four hour window and still did not show up.
