I would have given Miguel a 5 star review for all the work he has done but the recent work was not completed properly. If not for prior work it would have been a 1 star. Use at your own discretion.

Update: They also broke a water main on the property across the street They hit the building with their truck multiple times and have broken the handrail on our entrance stairs. Did not give any notice that we would not have access to leave or enter our unit for multiple days. Broke my plants. Dropped limbs across our entire balcony without notifying us it would be a drop zone. After they were spoken to by property management, proceed to roll more limbs off the roof onto the balcony and break our personal property.

Master Arbor Service was a great company to work with. I had a very large ficus tree whose roots were threatening the house. Miguel and his helper did a great job removing the tree, grinding the stump, taking care of some roots, and cleaning up the area. His price was fair, I thought. At all times Miguel and his helper were courteous, prompt, professional and they took care to protect the house while working on the tree. I would definitely work with them again.
