Horrible just horrible – This place is probably the worst one to walk into in this entire state. I went to see about a rental they had and when I was there they were quite busy but only one person to run the office. The front desk secretary. She was very nice and was trying to set up an appointment for me when her boss, the owner, came out from the back screaming at her. He did this at least two other times. Hands down - the worst experience ever !! – I agree 100% with the other poster who reviewed this business. The owner talks to you like a child, hangs up on you, yells, and throws childish temper tantrums. I feel bad for the staff working in the office. If you pay your rent, you're good - but BE PREPARED when you move out. They send in someone to do the pre-inspection, tell you you're clear and that you'll get your full deposit back - then stick it to you after you move out. NEVER USE MAST REALTY!!! – The staff is nice, but Steve Mast has some issues of his own.IF he doesn't like what you have to say and you are talking to him on the phone, he will talk over you and then hang up the phone like a 4 year old. He discriminates against people who are students and who are not married stating that his units are "family units only" and that he "will not babysit anymore".
