Worked with Olga on finding, funding and closing my house. She's done an absolutely superb job. The house she found for us was absolutely perfect. She worked hard with WJ Bradley to help us get financing and kept constant communication with us and seller's agent to make sure everything was smooth, which helped a lot when our loan hit a little snag because of technicality and we had to ask for extension from seller's agent. This is in response to the below review posted by "Lion A". As with every "story" there are two sides!! Mr. Anderson failed to state he was served numerous 3 day notices for not paying his rent on time, he sublet a bedroom without permission and was very unhappy when he was forced to remove the unauthorized tenant, and he seemed quite surprised when I would not allow him to stay past the end of his lease. Please do your homework regarding Mast Realty, Steve Mast is the most unprofessional, disrespectful Realtor there is. The fact that he covers up serious issues within his homes and apartments with cheap labor, only to have them constantly fail again says enough about the way he conducts business. He will ream you on your deposit, and is famous for what he declares are Miscellaneous costs. I beg you to use anyone else but his company.
