The hygienist is very good. The dentist uses laser for cavities in most cases if possible, requiring no shots and he has a great sense of humor which helps if you are a chicken like me. Ashling the receptionist/ boss is very kind and helpful with payments and etc. recommend them to any and all
Everything! A terrific team of caregivers. The Doc is highly skilled, using laser and other technologies. He is caring, gentle, communicative. Same goes for Aislynn, Rebecca and other staff. Office has always been pleasant, impeccably clean, and clearly professional. Now, with COVID there is special PPE. As a former DDS - phobic patient, I have no anxiety, no stress, no resistance. Never thought that was possible before going to Mast Family Dentistry.
As a new mom I was so nervous when my dr told us our almost 2 month old had both a lip and a tongue tie. Our dr recommend Dr Mast and his team, and I could not be more happy with our decision to see them. They were so welcoming and made us feel so comfortable. Very helpful with walking us through the stretches to be done during his recovery. I would definitely recommend them!!
We drove from Missoula to Helena to Dr Mast about revising our 3wk old’s lip and tongue tie. Upon entering, both my partner and I immediately felt comfortable(even before talking to anyone!!!). We were given the opportunity to ask as many questions as we needed prior to Dr. Mast providing the service. If you live in Montana and your child has a tongue-tie, do not waste any time. Call Dr. Mast and his team! He has an amazing lactation consultant on site, who will spend one-on-one time with you. They have a room set up especially for tongue-tie revision cases. It's very comfortable and inviting. They will give you detailed instructions on how to do stretches to prevent reattachment as well as tongue-tie education. Worth every penny!!! ❤
These folks are spot on with great care, as well as Covid-19 aware. Aislinn met me at the door with a brief interview and temp check and took me right over to Beca. Beca did a great job, as usual, doing my preventative care and using the hand tools, rather than the ultra sonic, as she said it produces too many aerosols. Still she did a fab cleaning, and then Chris did his look-see to be sure there weren't any issues brewing...Off I went home with shiny teeth 😁💖
