I have been working with Michel and Andre for for almost 20 years!!!!! My favorite Massoud story...my daughter and son-in-law went to shop for engagement rings, so I asked my daughter to have my jewelry cleaned while she was there. It was her first visit to Massoud. Michele took one look at the jewelry, and asked my daughter who she was and where did she get this jewelry. Honest, outstanding customer service, and beautiful jewelry. Don't shop anywhere else.
If we could give more than 5 stars, we would! After 8 years of wearing my wedding rings, I still get compliments on the beauty, design and talent of the craftsmanship.
Massoud did such a fabulous job turning a precious heirloom into a beautiful gift for my daughters First Communion! I couldn't be happier with the service and craftsmanship that we received! I will definitely continue to recommend hem to friends and go there for future items.
Massoud's are the only jewelers I will trust with my family heirlooms. They recreated my wedding ring and it is stunning! What I love most is that they modernized the ring without losing the elements of the original ring that I loved. They do everything to perfection and they are wonderful with customer service!!!
Massoud Jewelers are exceptional at their jobs. I have a gorgeous wedding ring that was custom made for me. For my 25 anniversary, Michel is making me a mother's ring, I can't wait to see the beautiful job he does on this ring. Hopefully he will post a picture on this facebook page.
Excellent customer service, they are very nice and they are not pushy. I had to go in yesterday to have my wedding ring removed they did it quickly and gently. It's nice to deal with a multigenerational small business like being home.
