You can tell a lot about a kitchen by how they handle a great piece of fish. Hands down the best salmon I have, every time, is here at Massimo's. Perfectly cooked every time. Perfectly crispy every time. Same owner for over 40 years - I'd like to see any other WC restaurant beat that commitment. Do yourself a favor and eat here sometime.
Max has been, and still is a great restaurateur and host. Always providing great food and a wonderful atmosphere for at least 30 years. Ciao mi amico!
