Raymond the GM was awesome and very informative
Called and had the general manager Raymond lopez come out same day. Polite, wasn't pushy, or sell me what I didn't want. Was clear explaining everything so I understood what was going on.
Today a Massey Services expert came and performed a thorough inspection of my house. His name is Raymond Lopez and gave us a complete briefing about how to maintain our home free of pest. He offered a perfect program that will maintain our home safe and clean. A complete service against bugs and termites. He delivered exceptional service and told him the sooner the better and made a phone call; got us taken care of same day. Definitely recommend this gentleman what a pleasure doing business with him.
Today we did my homes annual inspection with great results. Nice inspectors respectful and very dedicated with their revision. I feel protected by the good service of the business and their staff.
Had a great experience with Raymond Lopez. He was super knowledgeable, professional, and walked me through everything step by step and answered all my questions. He took the time to understand what I needed and also recommended a few additional things that would help my specific situation. You can tell he genuinely cares about helping his customers. Overall, really great customer service and I’d definitely recommend him!
