I’ve used Massey for years and have had a good experience. We needed our house tented and contracted them. They subcontracted this work. I would NEVER use Massey for this. Pick your own vendor. We had several concerns which included our tiki hut thatching. I discussed the process with the subcontractor manager before they began and then his crew, which don’t speak English, did whatever they wanted and not at all what the manager said. This is a review about the company - not the service. In March 2025 I paid for a year of service - I did not renew in 2026. The company has harassed me with phone calls, letters and claim to have come onto my property without my knowledge after the end of my contract. They claim they have the right to come on my property without my knowledge or agreement based on last years contract. We hired this company for our sprinklers system. After several months they are still not working properly, after a last visit our sprinklers stopped working (we realized the automatic system wasn’t working). My husband and ai have called their office several times to get someone to fix it, 2 appointments with no shows where we waited for them at home … not a call to let us know they were not coming.
