We hired this company for our sprinklers system. After several months they are still not working properly, after a last visit our sprinklers stopped working (we realized the automatic system wasn’t working). My husband and ai have called their office several times to get someone to fix it, 2 appointments with no shows where we waited for them at home … not a call to let us know they were not coming. Scheduled two appointments, and both times they were a no show no call.
We have had Massey Services since we lived in our house but we love Von, our technician! He is courteous, professional and punctual. He always has suggestions that work for what to do beyond spraying our property. We had these tiny, persistent ants and he took care of getting rid of them. If in the Miami area, request him from the Doral office. He is the absolute best!!
