I received a letter from Massey, touting a FREE SERVICE if I scheduled a free inspection. So I did. My home is new construction, we have those green bait things in the ground, and we were looking to switch from Mira. Victor came to my home. I explained what I was looking for, what I currently have. Not once did he look at those bait traps in the ground to see if they needed serviced. I asked him several times about it. All he did was push EVERYTHING SINGLE SERVICE Massey offers. I’m happy so far for the most part but I recently am having trouble with wasps nesting in the areas under the roof on both the first and second floors.
We had a Massey technician verify that we had termites and sold us on the service. He was very knowledgeable and helpful. We prepped our home as instructed and we received a pretreatment visit to ensure all was done correctly including removing items from the house and trimming hedges so the tent could fit behind them. After treatment we noticed that our mature bushes in the back yard were dead.
