We’ve used Massey for multi-line services. The treatments are decent, but can be a hit or miss as we still saw pest activity, etc. even after waiting a while for the treatments to kick in. Calling them back for follow up usually isn’t a problem, so I’m trying to be fair about my overall experience. Your office worker, Tina, is very rude and has a condescending tone. I received a letter from Massey, touting a FREE SERVICE if I scheduled a free inspection. So I did. My home is new construction, we have those green bait things in the ground, and we were looking to switch from Mira. Victor came to my home. I explained what I was looking for, what I currently have. Not once did he look at those bait traps in the ground to see if they needed serviced. I asked him several times about it. All he did was push EVERYTHING SINGLE SERVICE Massey offers. Gabriel came to our home and was great. He was very knowledgeable and you could tell he loves his job. I've never seen someone talk about bugs with so much passion. Awesome job Gabriel!

I’m happy so far for the most part but I recently am having trouble with wasps nesting in the areas under the roof on both the first and second floors.
