Having used Massey pest control for many years and being completely satisfied with that service thought I would try the lawn service. One day after the 1st lawn services the tops of the grass was brown and grass felt dry and crispy despite watering. Had a rep come out and he said he would have a manager get back with me. NOPE. No calls. Cancelling lawn service tomorrow and would not recommend it to anyone. Am hoping the grass is ok as it is new sod. Massey its a mess company. Yesterday I need to fixed irrigation after massey company did a shifty job. How to change $350 and not to finish the job. They install a new head without to fix the broken pipe. STAY AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY
I had a terrible experience with Massey Services for my irrigation needs. They came out to check my sprinkler and replace one head, but I have more issues that have yet to be resolved. They missed about 3-4 sprinkler heads in their initial mapping and failed to provide me with a proper invoice. When I asked for an itemized invoice, they sent me a handwritten note in pencil instead of a professional document.
