The new roof looks good and appears to withstand SWFL rains so far. Shingles are rated at 160 mph. The job took quite awhile to get started, completed, and properly finished. Gutters were not properly reinstalled and some had to be replaced. But Massey recognized that the damage to the gutters and one soffit piece had to be their responsibility and after many weeks all was fixed to our satisfaction.
