It took three days to replace the power steering rack.
After Massey and my warranty people finally got it together the process ran smoothly. It took almost a week to diagnose the problem. I asked Tammy why was my car scheduled to cone in that Thursday and that Saturday I was told they were busy and hadn’t looked at. It. I have been dealing with this dealership since 2006, and every time I’ve had a satisfactory experience. Their service is hindered by a percentage of trust. I appreciate their hard work.
Disappointed to be honest, my wife made an appt online and asked for a loaner car because we had our toddler with us. When we arrived they told me what was chosen online isn’t actual available and I have to call to get a loaner. Therefore I wasn’t able to get all my service completed because I couldn’t be at the dealer for multiple hours waiting. Now I have to drive 50 mins again to address the electrical issues I am experiencing on my newly Bought car!
