I didn't have bad service just a weird extended amount of time. 3 hours for an oil change seems excessive for being there at 915 with an appointment when you open at 9
My vehicle had a recall notice. Made my appointment on line. Was immediately met by an advisor when I arrived and the recall repair and 15,000 mile inspection were completed within 90 minutes.
