the very friendly staff and of course the wonderful Dr Massen. He has been my doctor for well over 10 years and i am very satisfied. I love the fact he uses Quest Diagnostics. Makes my life easy. Getting use to tele a medicine now. Gaby walked me through how to use it. She was her usual helpful self. Leticia and Katherine are very helpful too. Hope i am not forgetting anyone
