Robert was fantastic, he showed up on Labor Day is his day off to look at the Dishwasher and they took care of it very soon which I really appreciate him and entire team.
I would not recommend this place. Dominique the manager of the building was very rude and unprofessional during my interaction with her. I would stay way from this property and apply somewhere else. The only helpful person was Jason who sits at the entrance. Do not recommend.
Since Dominique took over as our apartment manager, the difference has been night and day. The previous management company left a huge mess, but Dominique jumped right in and it’s clear she truly cares about the tenants. In her short time here, she’s accomplished so much and has been consistently available, responsive, and communicative. Really takes the time to get things done and get them done right. I’ve had a great experience living at Mezzanine Park West Apartments. The apartment itself is in good condition and was recently renovated, which made a big difference in comfort and appearance. The staff here are friendly and professional. Leticia, the property manager, is especially respectful, responsive, and always helpful. Robert from maintenance is also excellent—he’s caring, kind, and someone you can trust to get things done properly. Overall, a solid place to live with a team that genuinely cares about residents.
