I was scheduled to tour this apartment, but upon showing up and not being able to get in, I checked my email and saw that they'd canceled my appointment after I'd already arrived, supposedly due to not having available units. I decided to give them another chance today, but upon showing up I saw what looked like a building that couldn't possibly be habitable. Do not live here, avoid if you can at all costs. Dominique is the building manager and the worst person you could ever deal with. The entire building is under construction and being demolished while residents live there, no compensation provided. It’s also full of cockroaches and termites and will need tenting. Posting to help people avoid making a big mistake.
