I try to get to MassageLuxe once a month for a massage or facial. MassageLuxe is very clean and comfortable. I have never had a bad massage or facial. The staff is professional and courteous. I am a member of their monthly membership which provides a massage or facial a month at a reduced rate. The great thing is there is no contract so you can cancel at any time. I had a very busy few months and was able to freeze my membership which I have since reactivated for no charge. I highly recommend MassageLuxe!
I thoroughly enjoy the services provided by MassageLuxe of Novi. The reception area is bright and welcoming and the waiting area is clean and relaxing. The staff are courteous and helpful and I have tried several different masseuses; all of which have helped me to relax which is my reason for getting a massage in the first place. Before your massage, try the 15 minute massage bed which comes with your membership. It is a really nice start to your hour!
I have been going to Massage Luxe for over a year. My experience has been good overall. They are always on time with your appointment time and give a true hour (60 min) massage of your choice: swedish, deep tissue, trigger point or just focus on your problem areas. MassageLuxe in Novi is a very disappointing and unprofessional massage business. They refuse to honor scheduled appointments with people who have non-contagious skin conditions such as psoriasis. When this issue was discussed with the manager, no steps were taken to educate the massage therapist about the fact that massage is actually very beneficial for psoriasis and can't hurt anyone. There are many massage choices near my home but i drive from West Bloomfield to Novi because the atmosphere is very soothing and the service is amazing. I have had several massages, each therapist was highly trained and very professional. Service like this is hard to come by. MassageLuxe of Novi is the bomb.com!! The front desk staff is very friendly and always make you feel right at home. The spa itself is very clean and classy. My therapist, Maki, is very professional and delivers the best massage I've ever had. I'm so relaxed by the time I'm done that I have to be careful driving home. No joke. Finally - a spa membership based chain that actually offers value and luxury! The membership packages are flexible and easy, and the services as well as the setting is quality! Another HUGE PRO: The rooms are practically soundproof! No more listening to outside traffic and other people's conversations.
Each time I visit MassageluXe I leave feeling refreshed. I had complained of not feeling well the day before but Kenya's massage soothed my entire body!!
Everyone is friendly and welcoming. Evelin's was wonderful. She was great. I highly recommend this place. I love the Hydroluxe bed. Fantastic customer service
