This place has “luxury” written all over it! Massage was legit too! Will come back, and I will recommend this to my family and friends. My appointment was on schedule, and my experience was perfect. 5 stars for a 5 star facility with 5 star staff!
The feel of the place is nice. Smells great, very relaxing. Waiting room is comfortable as well as massage rooms. Looks very clean, cozy and dim which is important. No complaints about the facility.
I love Massage Luxe at Novi. The front staff, James and Mary Alice, are wonderful and always make me feel so welcome. I have only had great massages there. I have had several different therapists and they all have been great at what they do. The water massage bed is such a treat before or after the massage. The price is perfect and keeps me coming back.
Ever since I have started going about 7 months I have always had a great massage no matter who I have had. Also, the welcome staff is wonderful. I have taken nearly all my family here as well and have recommended friends who also very pleased. My masseuse has healing power! I work out at a local gym here and my latissimus dorsi' (back) were killing me. Had the idea to come here and give it a try as medicine didn't provide me with much remedy. Not only my back, but my entire body felt 10x better. Way to go Massage Luxe!
I found Massage Luxe on a day when I really needed a massage after a very stressful work day. I called and got in within the hour. The Desk Manager, Sierra, was extremely helpful and offered a free 15 minute usage of the water massage bed which I really liked.
I have been a member of massage luxe since it opened and get a couple massages a month. There are good masseuses there, just ask who the most popular are and book with them. The monthly specials are worthwhile, so is the frequent visitor program. Make sure you tip!!
37 years old and got my first massage ever last week. Brandon was amazing!! felt like a million bucks after. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Love this place so much I now have a membership! You won't be disappointed if you try MassageLuxe in Novi!
