Amazing!!🤩 Very friendly and clean place, I got couple massages with my husband and we are super happy with the service. Horrible Customer Service, Dishonesty & Rudeness at Massage Luxe If I could give this location zero stars, I would. My issue is not with the massage therapist—she is wonderful and professional—but with the front desk customer service and the management, especially the manager, Ellie. After multiple errors on their end, I decided to cancel my membership and simply fulfill my last appointment, which was already covered. The manager Elly or Ellie is horrible. I witnessed her shouting and using homophobic slurs towards a customer! This is horrible
