Would not recommend a facial here. I paid for a 1 hr seaweed facial (as advertised on their website) and received a 35 minute “facial” and walked out with my face still feeling dry. I was told by a woman at the front desk that they allow 10 minute consultation/undress in the beginning and an additional 10 minutes to dress at the end. The facial service was great, but the customer service at the front desk was not. One girl at the front desk did not want to honor a special that was advertised on IG and FB. I showed them the ad BEFORE I received my service. I was told they would honor it, but an hour later when it came time to pay, they said they wouldn’t give me the sale price. Jon is the absolute best! He is very knowledgeable and caters your service to your needs. The spa itself is very clean and the aesthetic is serene. I’m always greeted with a smile.
Poor customer service. My $20 tip turned into a $40 charge with no explanation until I called the store twice to finally get an answer. If you cancel your membership and select giftcard option be sure you have your appointments booked well in advance bc otherwise you’ll have to pay $20 to use the 1 hr massage you’ve also already paid for!!
