This place is awesome it's my favorite location Clarence and Art are the best I can say it's worth the money!
Boo. I've had many massages. Never had a 60 minute massage only be 45 minutes to include time for dressing?? Also, therapist totally disregarded technique I requested, massaged 2 areas I asked to avoid (face & head), and of the 15 minutes she worked on my back, totally skipped one side. Personnel (can't call them management of any sort) were completely ambivalent to my comments or concerns. Won't be recommending.
Not only did this store ruin a birthday present, but the lack of customer service and general apathy towards running a business that treats their patrons with respect is astounding. Without a doubt, I will not have any form of return business and I will actively promote against supporting this location. Shame on you.
