My appointment was for a 90 minute deep tissue massage, I received a 70 minute light massage even after telling the therapist is was to be a deep tissue.
My masseuse talked through the entire hour. Spent 45 minutes on my back and hardly did anything else. I asked for a deep tissue and didn’t receive one. Told me I didn’t hydrate enough after I told her I drink 2+ gallons of water a day.... and after I told her I regularly see a chiropractor for adjustments because I body build, she said she’s never heard of such a thing...well, it’s actually very common...
The therapists here are wonderful but the company itself is a joke. They don't care about their employees. The only thing they do care about is getting their money. I wouldn't recommend this company to anyone.
One star is two stars too many. This "business" is a joke. A really bad one. Doesn't even deserve an awkward pity laugh. Unless you enjoy being scammed I would 10/10 not recommend. Also, the girls at the front desk aren't able to properly read a computer or schedule an appointment. Seeing as that is literally their job, you can only imagine how much of a mess it is.
It was a great massage and a very relaxing environment. The only thing I didn't like was the "hard sale" at the end. I was all relaxed and then I had to fend off a saleswoman! If your business is good, I'll come back. No is NO! I was all stressed out again by the time I was out of there. Guess I'll go somewhere else next time. Bad taste to do that.
Went for the first time to the Kirkwood location and Morgan was excellent! Highly recommend her! The environment was very relaxing and welcoming! I will be back!
