I have been attending once a month for a massage & never a bad appointment. My therapist is friendly, always asks about me, any issues I may have ahead of time & since I love to workout, gives great advice on how health. I would recommend this location, always friendly, communicates great, & knowledgeable.
My daughter and sil have tried to cancel their account for months and are continually charged. Even after going in they didn't manage to get it turned off now they have to go in again to take care of it according it the girl on the phone. It's quite the racket that when you pay monthly to rack up massages when you cancel.....or try to cancel you loose everything on your acct.
While I've only had one massage at this location I've attempted twice to make another appointment without being successful. I got a phone call on the same day as my appointment stating that they needed to cancel due to an emergency that my therapist had encountered. No offer to reschedule me the same day with another therapist. Today (Friday) I call attempting to schedule an appointment for Sunday, I'm told everyone is completely booked. Purchased a membership because I thought it would be convenient- not so much!
My theparist was not very friendly. The massage was ok.
I had a massage on 4/17/17, and it started out 10 minutes late, and ended 10 minutes early. I am still sore 4 days later, the massage was anything but relaxing, and had me in pain the next couple days. I also received a horrible bruise on my upper calf during the massage. There is a difference with deep tissue and busting blood vessels. I don't think I will ever go back.
I love their deep massage...loved it so much got a monthly membership ���
