Well first off if this was my first massage ever i would never go back, but since i have a great experience with Fenton and have my regular request I'll never again go out of my way to try a new location. My consultation was short and told me he wouldn't work on area of focus, then during massage he was wearing gloves fine whatever, but most of all it was a deep tissue massage and there was no massage no manipulation at all!!! When you call to make the appt for the 30.00 special they fail to tell you that you gotta pay 20.00 in gratuity, kinda misleading you should tell people that over the phone!!!
Jenna R was great gave me a full hour deep tissue an was very sweet . was very relaxing an on time with my appointment ! Also offered me to go in a different massage chair after my treatment !! She also told me ways I can save money ! Who doesn't want to do that ! -nikki
When I called and made my appt I asked whoever answered if they took the flexible spending health cards (FSA) and they told me yes. Go to pay and it wouldn't accept the card. I got a, Oh I'm sorry Ma'am we stopped accepting those the first of the year (I made my appt a week ago) Umm ok so what am I supposed to do now?! She just kept saying I dont know with a dumb look on her face.. Grr. So now here I am, just had a 1 1/2 hour massage and they don't accept the card.. I got a massage by Art and it was fantastic! I will def be going back and recommend him to anyone who goes!
I paid $75 for what was supposed to be a one hour massage, but was only around 45 minutes. The massage was okay, but he didn't massage my feet, which I have never had happen in all the massages I have had. Very disappointed and will never return! Over priced for a subpar experience!
I get great service Everytime I come here. My husband and I have gotten couples massages for 3 years at this location. Love Amanda and Shelia they provide great service and a wonderful experience! Thanks!
