Nice, clean facility. Always friendly. The massage therapists, from what I understand, are independent contractors and are not employed by this location (not hospital employees). The therapists are good at what they do and it can take up to a month out to get scheduled, so if you're looking for a "spa" experience or a "couples' massage" at the last minute, keep in mind this is a hospital and massage therapy, not an entertainment location. :)
