RecommendedI have had many massages before, this was the best experience I have had.The building and rooms were very clean, the staff was so polite and knowledgeable, and my masseuse Allen was extremely good. I left feeling refreshed, rejuvenated and calm.

What I love the most about this Retreat is not just the massage therapists, but the warm welcome I feel everytime I come in. I feel so rejuvenated after my massage. As a member I am also enjoying getting facials. I can't say enough about the the facials. I look forward to coming in the next time I book an appointment. I always pre-book before I leave because I look forward to my massage so much. Everyone should have a membership here if you are always stressed like me. I look forward to my next massage.

This review has no bearing on my regular massage therapist, as Alan is one of the best massage therapist EVER. However, I was extremely disappointed on today....I called in, to reschedule an appointment after receiving a contact tracing call from our local health department. I notified Massage Heights-Matthews that I had just been notified of potential COVID19 exposure and requested that I reschedule my appointment. I love Massage Heights in Matthews! I always look forward to my monthly facial. They recently just added microdermabrasion. OMG!!!! Can you say younger looking skin immediately! I could feel and see the immediate results afterwards.

Great experience and wonderful customer service. Amazing therapists
Beware of this place! I had a heck of a time cancelling my membership. They continued to draft my account after I cancelled. No one could get their story straight and I continued to get bad information for months. They aren't able to keep a steady staff. It was always a revolving door of people. Not a good experience
