The massage therapist that work here are absolutely amazing especially Eugene. Unfortunately for them the management and host are terrible. You pay for services and then they make reasons why they do not have to honor what you paid for with your hard earned money. When confronted all the manager can say sorry nothing I can do unless you pay more. Way to ruin someone's perfect massage with your lack of professionalism and theft!!

Natalie, the Regional Manager, promised services that the offices do not have access to service customers with. She has been avoiding my calls for the last two months, will not resolve the issues and continues to charge me for a service that is not offered by the company. HIGHLY DISAPPOINTED! Do not get a membership here, you will be let down. They schedule appointments months in advance and cancel with less than 5 hours of the appointment with no other specialists available to replace the applointment! Will never go here ag... read more
Sometimes its not the actual service but how you deal with customer service problems. I had a contractual issue and was about to lose $560.00 in services! Karee saved the day and now has made me a loyal customer. Please make sure she stays there, whatever you do! She represents your company exceptionally well! And give her a raise too�
Would not recommend this place to anyone. Do not give them your card information. It will be charged when it should not be. Not charged when it should be. A total mess. Stay away. Go somewhere else.
