Don't get a membership with them if you have any chance of having a crisis that prohibits you from using your sessions, you can't transfer them to anyone else and you have to pay them to put your membership on hold. And if you cancel you only have 60 days to use all your sessions that you have acrued. Say you literally can't go in to use them and want to gift them to your spouse or family member? Nope can't do it. Your just out the money.
RecommendedAllen gave me the massage I have ever received. My service was 90 minutes and included the hot stone and facial elevations, and breathe aromatherapy. I was recommended this by the front desk and was not steered incorrectly!! The front desk was also very polite and professional. Overall, an amazing experience and much needed relaxation. I have committed to an Annual Wellness membership after this experience! I would recommend this location to anyone and everyone!!
I called in one day and a person by the name of Danielle answered the phone. How unprofessional she was. She sounded like I was bothering her. She needs to check her attitude at the door before going into work. I would not book a message appointment here.
Best massage therapists in Charlotte! I always look forward to coming in for my monthly massage! The staff is like an extended family!
