If you're in need a deep tissue massage, then Lauren is your therapist. Don't let her small stature fool you. I'm 6'3" 200++ and I don't want to arm wrestle her. I leave feeling energized after she finishes re-molding my back, arms, and leg muscles. Massage Heights gets a 10/10! Very relaxing and helped relieve some headache pain I had been experiencing. I recommend getting 90 minutes. Therapist was great, the rooms were super clean and quiet. Will be back soon
I recommend getting a 90 minute massage with a hot stone therapy. The heat helps with my fibromyalgia. I have less symptoms when I see my therapist on a regular basis. I noticed a huge difference when we were quarantined for 2 months. I am so excited to be back getting my biweekly massages! Thank you for the amazing experience!
