poor and disrespectful communication around expecting a certain level of tipping which I didn't expect. Soured me on the business a bit. Won't be going back. Good body workers in my experience but nothing special. About average and with poor customer service and communication.
So far I’v had one massage here at the Richmond location from gabby and it was very good. I think the price is reasonable for what they provide and I am going back for another massage with gabby on Friday so excited ! The only thing is it’s a little confusing figuring which door to enter and entering the code. She used a nice CBD oil to enhance the massage which was great and some places charge extra for that but it was complimentary here.
Gabee was my massage therapist and she was ABSOLUTELY AMAZING! I am an athlete and she really made sure to focus on all of my main trigger points and largest knots. Highly professional and probably the best massage I have ever had, thank you!!
