From the moment I walked in, the front desk staff were warm, welcoming, and incredibly helpful — exactly the kind of atmosphere you want when coming in for a massage. My RMT, Mackenzie, was absolutely phenomenal. I recently visited Massage Experts and, unfortunately, had one of the worst experiences I’ve ever had at a wellness facility. The bed sheets were in unacceptable condition — they smelled unpleasant, had visible oil stains, and even had hair on them, which is completely unhygienic. To make matters worse, the therapist was not dressed professionally at all; she appeared to be wearing pyjama-like clothing, which gave the impression she was headed to the park rather than providing a professional service. My experience was really good at this place and therapist was Cecilia who is amazing in her work and I find her looks very calm for me which I really like. I loved the reception area - so many different plants! It felt peaceful and refreshing, like stepping into a little indoor garden before my massage.

So easy to book no memberships if you use it a lot it cost you less it was really really convenient
