Nicole always makes me feel welcome and relaxed. She has a soft and calm environment, listens to your needs and concerns and delivers quality and professional services.
Had a massage for the first time with Heather. The massage room itself is clean and no weird smells. Bed is comfortable and toasty warm and she used some heat pads on the back which was nice. Dimly lit room. At the beginning she is thorough to ask what you'd like to focus on. I like the convenience of booking online through the MassageBook website.
