Heather did a great job working the tension out of my muscles and used my time fully. The room is not the most appealing, but I would go back.
Nicole has given me the best massages of my life (and I’ve been to many different spas over the years). She is attentive to any areas of concern/focus each time. I’m able to relax to the point of being half asleep on the table. I have been getting the prenatal massages and being able to lay prone with the specialized belly board to take pressure off my back and hips is a treat with a growing bump. I would highly recommend to anyone, but especially pregnant women! Thank you, Nicole!
