I love this place this is my 2nd year at Massage Envy my only complaint is when I add on an extra 1/2 hour every time it ends up they start 15 minutes late and I get gypted with my time cause they still end at the hour and 1/2 for this reason I decided to go every other month an get a 2 hour massage an not have to pay the extra fee since I was only getting 15 minutes out of the 1/2 hour it's happened several times an I do not think it's fair I love the place otherwise but they should give you the time especially since you pa... read more
The staff are all very nice. I love how the massage therapist tells you where the the tense spots are and gives reconditions to improve.
My masseuse is amazing and works very well with me. the staff are all extremely positive and are very accommodating. Its a pleasure to go there and have my experiences at Massage Envy in West Springfield.
