What a fantastic establishment! Everyone is always so friendly and professional. I love that they acknowledge me by my name as soon as I walk in! This spa provides a zen atmosphere where you can melt all your cares away via massage and/facial. My massage therapist, Gina, is amazing. You've gotta give Massage Envy, West Springfield a try!

2 year member and always have a great experience. The front staff is friendly, attentive, and accomodating. Great customer service, as they call you by name when you walk in. Sadly, Meaghan is leaving and that's really bad, since we have been together for so long. Over all this is a great place. I go monthly, have had multiple back surgeries, and this really helps with my chronic pain. If you haven't experienced the massages, then give this place a shot. You won't regret it
Had a GREAT first experience signed up for the yearly package! Our Debit card was comprimised so i had to order a new one. In the mean time, they REFUSED to let me book my next months' session but charged me for it anyways. So for this we will not be back We were charged for services that were refused to us! :(
I love my monthly massage. I have a bad back and massage therapy really works to alleviate the pain. My therapist is awesome, all the staff is friendly and so nice.

I am absolutely thrilled that I joined this massage envy. Meeting Emonie was just what my body needed. I have had spinal injections at 2000.00 a piece with no success. After my first massage I knew I was meant to meet her. I left feeling wonderful and that great feeling lasted for 2 weeks.
