I was a customer as part of their monthly program for 2 years. I moved away and called to cancel. Three months later I get three months worth of charges. I call and they said as part of the agreement I signed more than 2 years prior I had to come in and cancel in person. They would absolutely not reverse the charges even though I had not utilized any services and thought I had cancelled months prior. Awful experience after many years of being a customer! I wanted to put in a complaint with headquarters and a gentleman answered from a serve service and he said the only to talk to someone was by email!?!? That’s awful! The front end staff the last 2 times were awful which is really unfortunate because they are the “face” of your company. Every time I like a therapist they leave. Was gifted a massage only to have it taken back by the company without warning or notice there was an expiration date. The manager Wendy did not offer anything for the lack of communication or rude customer service.

I sent my wife for a pregnancy massage that she enjoyed . It was super relaxing ... until she got to desk to leave . There she was bombarded with high pressure sales pitches to try to get her to sign up for monthly massage treatments . She stated it’s not really in our budget at the moment and they still kept pushing telling her she deserves it and asking for my phone number so they could call me to put me on the spot.
