Stay away from this place. If you want to be treated well DO NOT deal with the staff from this franchise location. There are several other locations where you can be better treated overall. Administration is the worst, I don't know what that manager is doing there, because she makes the lives of customers miserable.
Deserves "0". I had a really disappointing experience at Massage Envy West Boca (Palmetto). The therapists I worked with were good, but the front desk and management made the overall experience horrible. The administrative staff was disorganized and inconsistent, and I repeatedly got different answers to the same questions. I also felt I was treated with little respect when I tried to fix problems. I would not recommend this organization from a local level or corp level. Also, they do not have an enough staff to handle services which creates unused paid session build up.
