I went in for a massage this past Thursday. And before i even got the massage, Gina Mattice made me feel welcomed right off the bat! She was very informative about what massage envy offers! Any questions about anything, go talk to her!!! As for my massage, Anne does a great job and very friendly as well. Ill be going back soon!

I used a gift card 2 weeks ago. When I cashed out I was told I had a $100 balance. That was the ONLY reason I came back. So I go to cash out, it is $90 and my gift card had $0 I never would've come back had I known I was going to have to spend $90 bucks on a massage. I have no idea why that girl told me I had $100 balance. Sorry but you lost my business and I would never recommend you
