I warn you against using this business under any circumstance. Never sign a contract they are shady and I will warn everyone I know against Massage Envy. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau to report them. They are essentially thieves... apparently you have to sign to undo the contract rather than expiring at the end of the prescribed time. Stay away.

My husband and I have been a customer of Massage Envy in Webster for over two years now. Recently this company has come under new manager. They are loosing good Therapists due to the customer service sucks. Alphonso and GM Tracy are rude, have no customer service skills, they want your money and could care less if you are satisfied. They have canceled appointment on me and will not accommodate my schedule for couples massages they want us to go separate and they also refuse to give us the $110.00 they owes us back.
Absolutely impossible to book appointments yet if I cancel my membership I lose all the services I’ve already paid for. Feeling so very frustrated and caught right now!

My 60 minute massage was amazing!! Completely helped with my chronic neck pain & was so relaxing! I wish money grew on trees so that I could get a membership. ha ha. Definitely want to go back!!
