I had gotten an hour massage yesterday (well 50 minutes, hands on) the massage was ok, not the best i have ever had or the worse. After the massage is done, you go up front and they try to sell you membership, and products.
Just had a massage done by Carla and she was amazing! The staff was very friendly as well and helped me understand and get the best massage to fit what I need! Will be back for sure!
I love that they had a 30-minute session for massage so it was $21 plus tip. It's not actually 30 minutes Hands-On it's only a twenty-minute massage but it did the work ! Carla was wonderful and I love the fact that people are available most the time. I did not like the pushing into membership which I don't think is really a great deal anyway, and there are lots of additions and upgrades at $10 each it seems a little bit expensive. I have been to Spa Blu many times and have had good experiences, however, I had a deep tissue massage with Amber at Massage Envy and will now forgo the fluffy robe and juice bar at the Spa. She focused on my neck, shoulders, and back, as asked due to tension pain I had been having. Amber was pleasant and talked, but only if I asked a question... I actually fell asleep at one point. I had an excellent experience, no problems booking a weekend appointment, and I will most definitely return!
Had my very first professional massage tonight and I have to say it was awesome! The staff were all very professional and nice. I never felt pressured to buy anything or join though it was offered. My therapist, Angie, was great and I left feeling very relaxed. The whole atmosphere was very calming and I will definitely be making another appointment!
It wasn't horrible, but I won't go back. Facial....the technician talked almost the whole hour. Massage....I asked for deep tissue, started out weak. Stated, "you can use a lot more pressure." Massage therapist kept pressure the same. Was like almost reaching a climax, to fall just short. FRUSTRATING!!!! I am out my fees and tips because I am a sucker and cannot be a cheap client. :( VERY DISAPPOINTED!
