The front desk staff are very helpful and so nice. However, I was disappointed with the massage. I received a gift card so I scheduled an appt and honestly I feel like it was a complete waste of time. You should be your massage therapists main concern. I am not quite sure what she was doing but I know for a fact at certain points she was doing something else while doing my massage. Don’t bother. The customer service is non existent. From what I can tell they will lock you in a contract you can’t get out of. And cease contact. I have been trying to reach out to someone since last year and haven’t heard a single peep.
Therapist definitely knew her job. She focused on my back due to chronic back pain and I felt great when she was finished. Very relaxing!
The person I have only used, Angie, is very professional and very good. She knows what she is doing and you feel terrific when you leave. I have had the best experience with her.
I recommend trying the percussion before your massage for anyone who has knots or any tight spots. I have don e it twice and it makes a huge difference. I had been doing the stretch before which helped a little, but the percussion really works out all the knots and makes me feel so much better.
