I've been going to this location for a couple of years. Didn't go at all for almost a year due to a horrible experience with a therapist that is no longer there. He was rude, yanked on my arms and legs and told me to use another therapist if I wanted aromatherapy. So I stopped going until I realized I had a year's worth of services stored up. Not really my thing. Waste of money. Brian does a good job but I just dont feel any better. Probably first and last massage. Maybe it's just not for me.
So disappointed in the customer service here. I visited this location last week to purchase a gift card for my mother in law and was conned into buying a promotional gift card because the employee wanted commission for herself. She told me the price for a 60 minute massage was DOUBLE what it actually is for a first time visit. Could have taken that money and bought some other nice gifts for her but nope, had to spend double in order for the employee to make herself some money. Got a free massage for veteran's day and it was wonderful! The staff are friendly and accommodating! The facility is clean and peaceful. ..I really enjoyed myself and will be going back! Thank you for blessing veterans! !
My massage was okay but I've had way better. The lotion was cold and there wasn't a relaxing aroma. I was disoppointed the massage is cut 10 minutes short due to undressing/dressing.
