Been going to La Vista for years. And this location is inferior. La vista let’s me use 1/2 credits and pay the difference but this location tells me they don’t allow half credits. I ended up with 1/2 credit because some services cost 1.5 or 0.5 credit. I had microderm infusion here and it cost me 1 credit plus $45 and was told my half credit can’t be applied, they don’t take it. Member price is $90, but literally with my credit and cash the value is $110. And my wasted half credit is worth $32.50. Feels like I’m discouraged ... read more
RecommendedI am beyond amazed how great their customer service was!!! With COVID they follow all guidelines and also do a temperature check before you can go in. This was my first professional massage and I had the best massage therapist in the region! She goes by the name of Cassie!!! It’s like she knew my body! Didn’t have to tell her anything. last 2 appts for my daughter, who's appts are the same time as mine, have been canceled. Today, we were 5 minutes away when they called to cancel. That was after several other phone calls that started 4.5 hours before our appt. We drive 30+ miles to go to this location, along with finding a babysitter and they just do not care about the inconvenience. Worth the expense and the best massage care I have ever received!
My husband got me a gift card for way too much money. I don’t think he had any idea I pay monthly, have tons of hours already, and really can’t go often because of our little one. I called to see if there would be any way they could refund us, since he had no idea. They said their policy is no refunds. It just makes me sick to waste that money, on a mistake and miscommunication.
Front desk staff excellent and treat you like family. Lindsay my massage therapist was excellent. Very friendly atmosphere, excellent service. Highly recommend this location.
