Addressed my needs. Listened to me. Great massage!! Both girls upfront Sunday at my 5pm appt were awesome!!!!
Great customer service. It's hard to get booked with the therapist you like each time but so far the 2 I have had were amazing. The front desk employees are always very polite and helpful with scheduling around my busy schedule
Avoid getting a gift card. We got a gift card for two massages for Christmas 2015... we have tried repeatedly to get an apt. but as soon as we tell them we have a gift card they tell us that they do not have any space open -- for the next 4 weeks! This has happened every time we called and it is now July... thus the card is worthless. On top of that, this week when we called we were told the gift card# is no longer in the system... what a joke this place is.
I Recently joined as a monthly member. The price for additional messages is so reasonable that how could you resist. I'm happy with the services at the Parsippany, NJ spa. I tried a few of the message therapist and found that "for me" I will request Chris for my upcoming message appointments. Tomorrow I have appointments scheduled one after another, and am looking forward to feeling great when I leave.
I have had 4 prenatal massages here with Suzie. She has a calm and relaxing personality. I have always been pleased with the massages she gives. The front desk staff are friendly and I have never had a problem scheduling.
Thanks for treating my daughter, Alex, to a great massage and VIP treatment today! She has been with Janice at Massage Envy for 4 years now, a third of her lifetime! Thank you for supporting the Arthritis Foundation. We need all the help we can to find a cure for all forms of arthritis, especially Juvenile Arthritis. Thank you from the bottom of my heart.
