RecommendedLoved the ability to get a last minute appointment and a skilled massage therapist. Peter was awesome and applied the amount of pressure that I like. The salon was clean and the staff was professional.
Three facial appointments canceled in a row, same day of appointment. I had to freeze my account because I keep accumulating appointments but can’t seem to use them because they keep canceling on me. It’s always for a valid reason and I feel bad for the esthetician if they are sick but this seems to be a staffing/management problem. They allow you to accumulate months of credits, but then you can't use them if your behind on a payment. They took over $650 in monthly fees but won't let me use them.
