Went into the dental office to have a Crown made for a recent root canal. The whole experience was surprisingly pleasant, as I am not a big fan of dental procedures!!
The Office Staff was very helpful and pleasant and Yvette was great!!!! I have bad experiences at the Dentist office before, but today it was very great and didn’t feel a thing. All of you make me feel very comfortable and at easy. Thank you and looking forward for my next visit.
Very professional, courteous, and polite. They make it almost a pleasure to go to the dentist.
The office staff always greets you with a smile, and they seem very relaxed. The impression given is that they all like working with Dr. Elbert. Dr. Elbert and the hygenists are very gentle and very considerate in not wanting to hurt. They are always asking if you are okay and if it hurts too much. Overall, I am not apprehensive at all when it is time to go to my dental appointment
Not only my lost filling was promptly restored, but also my appointment was moved 15 minutes earlier as requested, so I could be on time for my next very important meeting. I am very happy with doctor’s Daniel Elbert team services and will be delighted to recommend it to anyone.
