Called to use a gift card my husband gave me years ago just to be told it expired. The manager refused to over ride the expiration. I know she could have done so. They seriously, in essence, stole $130! Who knew a gift card would expire? It was not on the card! I am furious!!!!
I had my first massage yesterday. Miranda made me feel so at ease and relaxed. I slept like a baby last night and woke up refreshed. Will be back!!!
This is a great place to help you relax. The staff are very helpful and professional.
Had a membership with this location for almost 3 years. Constantly cheated out of time. Usually go back 10 minutes after my appointment start time then don't get started until 10 minutes after that so I'm already down 20 minutes. Then my massage therapist stops at the time it would have ended if it had started on time. Have to schedule these appointments a month in advance and get a call today that my therapist is out so they have cancelled my appointment. Not very happy right now. Today I had my first facial ever and I have to say it was pretty much amazing!! My esthetician Heather did a great job! She explained everything that she was using and why it was beneficial to me and she seemed like she genuinely cared. And not to mention my skin feels great! I'll be back soon enough!
Had Lynda yesterday and galaya (sp?) Today. Both are fantastic. Both for different reason. Yesterday was a deep massage. Today was relaxation. Definitely staying with these two ladies.
