I had a 1 hr deep tissue massage today with Ms. Billie and it was excellent. She's very informative and does exactly what you ask for. She's awesome!!! If you are thinking about trying Massage Envy, ask for Ms. Billie!
Sandy did a great job on my neck and shoulders. I've seen a lot of neurologists for same issue for migraines and tension and massages are more of a natural remedy instead of pain meds.�
I had a facial with Tasha. She is amazing. More specifically, her facials are nice, very relaxing and she puts you at ease, very professional.
Terrible experience.. Very unprofessional!! New manager really sucks and is a total bitch! I have been a member for many years... Never a problem before... Suddenly I'm being questioned about fraud?! Emailed the owner and have heard no response. Very unsatisfied!!! Very unprofessional!!!
Jemal is the BEST!!! I was so pleased that I shouted him out on FB!! A few friends plan to schedule with him soon. The front staff was nice & kind, but they can stand to bump up the professionalism!!! I would like that Rodeo Drive mannerism even with reasonably priced service!! Overall, happy and pleased with the service. I will return!
