I loved it for my 1st time. The front desk employees were nice and kind. Sandy did my massage and she was rough but it was good pain. I will be back but id lobe it to be a cheaper price
Had some challenges with getting reminders and one experience where the therapist left during mid session for 15 Min then ended early. And they suffered with a BO issue which made the visit unpleasant as a whole.
I visited this location yesterday for a massage and a facial. Asia did my massage and she was awesome. I was very pleased, she used the exact amount of pressure and I felt immediate relief. I did not feel that I benefited from the facial....not impressed!
I have been a member for years my masseuse Karmeesha is awesome and always very personable and accommodating she never disappoints!
I love this place. Demetria is fabulous. She takes away all my stress and achiness without ever causing discomfort or pain. She is so kind. The place is clean and peaceful. The senior staff is professional, kind and very accommodating. I have been a member for a year now and I'm going to continue for a very long time.
I am 9 months pregnant and went here twice only to be disappointed. First visit was good, but the therapist ended my session 20 minutes early with no explanation. The assistant manager reached out and offered me to come back in at the same intro rate and give me a free foot enhancement. When I got to the second appointment another assistant manager told me that the therapist I was scheduled with did not see pregnant women and I would have to reschedule.
